Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making within the EFA. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing financial models and forecasts
- Preparing business cases and scenario analyses
- Supporting budget planning and controlling
- Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics
- Preparing management reports and presentations
- Supporting strategic and investment-related decisions
- Identifying financial risks and optimization potential
WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience in financial modeling and Excel
- Understanding of financial statements and controlling processes
- Strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
