Junior Finance Operations Manager
WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR
As a (Junior) Finance Operations team member, you will support and drive financial processes within the European Football Alliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day financial operations
- Supporting budgeting and financial planning processes
- Preparing reports and financial analyses
- Monitoring cash flows and payment processes
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinating with external accounting and tax advisors
- Optimizing financial structures and internal processes
WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar (or comparable practical experience)
- Initial experience in finance, controlling, or accounting is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Confident use of Excel and digital tools
- High level of reliability and ownership
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
