Junior Operations Manager
WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR
As an Operations Junior, you will support the operational setup and daily processes of the European Football Alliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting league and competition operations
- Coordinating with clubs and internal departments
- Assisting in planning game days and league events
- Supporting process documentation and optimization
- Preparing operational reports and presentations
- Managing administrative tasks within the operations team
- Ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders
WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or similar (or ongoing studies)
- Strong organizational skills and structured working style
- High reliability and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under time pressure, especially during game days
- Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
