Partnership & Sales Manager
WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR
As a Partnership & Sales Manager, you will drive commercial growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing partners for the European Football Alliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing partnership concepts and commercial offerings
- Identifying and acquiring new sponsors and strategic partners
- Managing partner relationships and ensuring long-term collaboration
- Creating pitch decks, proposals, and tailored partnership packages
- Negotiating commercial terms and supporting contract processes
- Coordinating sponsor activations together with marketing and operations
- Monitoring commercial performance and identifying growth opportunities
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in sales, partnerships, sponsorship, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills and confident stakeholder communication
- Target-driven mindset with a structured and proactive approach
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and commercial thinking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for football and interest in sports business
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
