Partnership & Sales Manager

WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR 

As a Partnership & Sales Manager, you will drive commercial growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing partners for the European Football Alliance. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing partnership concepts and commercial offerings 
  • Identifying and acquiring new sponsors and strategic partners 
  • Managing partner relationships and ensuring long-term collaboration 
  • Creating pitch decks, proposals, and tailored partnership packages 
  • Negotiating commercial terms and supporting contract processes 
  • Coordinating sponsor activations together with marketing and operations 
  • Monitoring commercial performance and identifying growth opportunities 

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, sponsorship, or business development 
  • Strong negotiation skills and confident stakeholder communication 
  • Target-driven mindset with a structured and proactive approach 
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and commercial thinking 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Passion for football and interest in sports business 
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
