Brevin Easton named EFA Week 3 MVP

Despite Frankfurt Galaxy’s 26:45 loss against the Munich Ravens, the most valuable player of Week 3 comes from Frankfurt. Wide receiver Brevin Easton has been named the European Football Alliance MVP of Week 3.

The American playmaker was the standout performer of Frankfurt’s offense and one of the main reasons Galaxy fought its way back into the game after trailing 13:31. Easton consistently created explosive plays for quarterback Ethan Garbers and proved to be one of the few players capable of challenging Munich’s defense throughout the evening.

His biggest moment came during the third quarter when Garbers connected with him for a spectacular 72 yard touchdown that brought life back into PSD Bank Arena. Easton later added another touchdown reception and became the driving force behind Frankfurt’s comeback attempt.

Following the game, Easton emphasized the collective effort of the team rather than his individual performance.

“Honestly, I’d say my team needed to step up, and I knew I had to step up as well. A lot of guys answered the call today. We had some injuries and a rough start, but we tried to bring everything together in the second half. We came up a little short, but we’ll regroup. It’s a long season.”

The award highlights the immediate impact Easton has made during his first season with Frankfurt. Although Galaxy is still searching for its first victory of the year, the receiver has already established himself as one of the most dangerous offensive weapons in the EFA.

For Frankfurt, the individual recognition arrives at an important moment. After close losses against the Paris Musketeers and Munich Ravens, positive signs are needed as the season continues. Easton’s performance against one of the league’s top teams offers plenty of encouragement heading into the coming weeks.

With the Week 3 MVP award, Easton becomes the first Frankfurt Galaxy player to earn Player of the Week honors during the 2026 EFA season. The first two weekly MVP awards went to players from undefeated teams. In Week 1, Munich Ravens quarterback Russell Tabor earned the honor following Munich’s 58:30 victory over the Raiders Tirol. In Week 2, Nordic Storm tight end Roberto Miranda received the award after helping his team secure a 39:16 home victory against the Raiders Tirol.

Easton is therefore the first player from a team with a losing record to be named EFA MVP of the Week during the 2026 season.
