EFA Awards 2026: The Best of the Inaugural Season Have Been Crowned
On the eve of the first EFA Championship Game, the big stage once again belonged to those who shaped the inaugural season of the European Football Alliance. At the EFA Awards in Innsbruck, the outstanding players and coaches of the year were honored across a total of 13 categories. From spectacular offensive performances and defensive playmakers to special contributions off the field, the EFA celebrated the faces of its first season.
With Jadrian Clark named Most Valuable Player, Brendan Beaulieu taking home Offensive Player of the Year and Luke Glenna earning Defensive Player of the Year, the three major individual awards went to Nordic Storm. But the Munich Ravens, Paris Musketeers, Raiders Tirol and Prague Lions also had plenty to celebrate.
Jadrian Clark Is the First MVP in EFA History
A historic season has its first Most Valuable Player: Jadrian Clark of Nordic Storm has been named MVP of the 2026 EFA season.
The quarterback led Storm through an outstanding regular season and delivered numbers that speak for themselves. Clark completed 71.1 percent of his passes, threw for 3,726 yards and an incredible 47 touchdowns while giving up just seven interceptions. His quarterback rating of 136.3 underlines a season in which he directed the Nordic Storm offense at the highest level.
Now, Clark is just one step away from the perfect ending. On Saturday, he will lead Nordic Storm onto the field against the Munich Ravens in the first EFA Championship Game.
Brendan Beaulieu Dominates as Offensive Player of the Year
One of Clark’s most important targets was also honored. Brendan Beaulieu of Nordic Storm is the Offensive Player of the Year.
The wide receiver finished the season with 91 receptions for 1,556 yards and 19 touchdowns. Beaulieu averaged 17.10 yards per catch and established himself as one of the league’s most dangerous weapons throughout the season.
Luke Glenna Earns Defensive Player of the Year
The most prestigious defensive award also goes to Nordic Storm. Luke Glenna has been named Defensive Player of the Year.
The defensive back recorded 68 tackles, two tackles for loss and one sack. He also added two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and three interceptions. Glenna not only impressed as a tackler but consistently made game-changing plays in a variety of ways for the Storm defense throughout the season.
Alexander Raich Is Rookie of the Year
The Rookie of the Year Award goes to Munich. Alexander Raich of the Munich Ravens earned the honor after a strong first EFA season.
Raich recorded 51 tackles, six tackles for loss and two sacks. He also forced one fumble and recovered two more. The linebacker established himself as an important part of the Ravens defense in his very first season.
Hassane Dosso Named Offensive Rookie of the Year
The Offensive Rookie of the Year Award goes to Paris. Hassane Dosso of the Paris Musketeers made his mark during his first EFA season.
The wide receiver caught 27 passes for 416 yards and one touchdown. His 15.41 yards per reception particularly highlight his potential as an explosive playmaker.
Jakob Scheucher Is Defensive Rookie of the Year
The Raiders Tirol also have an award to celebrate. Jakob Scheucher has been named Defensive Rookie of the Year.
The linebacker was one of the most impressive young defenders of the season and stood out especially with his presence against the run and his ability to create turnovers. Scheucher recorded 67 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks and one forced fumble.
Bijon Harris Shines on Special Teams
Bijon Harris of the Munich Ravens is the Special Teams Player of the Year.
Harris was a constant threat, particularly as a returner. He recorded 581 kick return yards and another 172 punt return yards. In total, he scored three return touchdowns. Time and again, Harris gave the Ravens crucial field position with explosive plays or simply put the points on the board himself.
Victor Stoffel Named Offensive Lineman of the Year
Another award goes to Nordic Storm. Victor Stoffel has been named Offensive Lineman of the Year.
Offensive linemen rarely appear in traditional statistics, but their impact on a successful offense is all the more important. Stoffel was a central part of an offense that ranked among the defining units of the EFA in 2026.
Hugo Tekedam Is Homegrown Player of the Year
The Homegrown Player of the Year Award goes to Hugo Tekedam of the Paris Musketeers.
Tekedam caught 47 passes for 671 yards and eight touchdowns. Averaging 14.28 yards per reception, the French wide receiver was one of the most productive European pass catchers of the season and an important part of the Paris offense.
Glen Toonga Celebrates a Strong Comeback
After returning to the field, Glen Toonga of Nordic Storm delivered an impressive season and was rewarded with the Comeback Player of the Year Award.
The running back carried the ball 193 times for 1,061 yards and eleven touchdowns. Averaging 5.50 yards per carry, Toonga surpassed the 1,000-yard rushing mark and once again established himself as one of the most dominant running backs in European football.
Kendral Ellison Is Coach of the Year
The Munich Ravens finished the regular season with a 9-1 record and secured the second seed for the BIG4 Weekend. For that strong campaign, Head Coach Kendral Ellison has been named Coach of the Year.
Under Ellison, the Ravens were among the top teams in the EFA from the opening week and now stand in the first Championship Game in league history. Waiting for them there is none other than Nordic Storm, who also finished the regular season with a 9-1 record.
Dave Warner Earns Assistant Coach of the Year
Dave Warner of the Prague Lions has been named Assistant Coach of the Year. The offensive coordinator therefore receives the highest individual honor for an assistant coach in the EFA’s inaugural season.
Etuale Lui Is the First Man of Honor
Not every award can be measured in yards, touchdowns or tackles. The Man of Honor Award recognizes special contributions and impact away from the field.
The first recipient is Etuale Lui of the Munich Ravens. The award recognizes his contributions off the field and honors a personality whose importance extends beyond the sporting action.

With that, the individual standouts of the first EFA season have been crowned. For several of the award winners, however, the weekend is far from over. On Saturday, the focus at Tivoli Stadion Tirol will shift from individual honors to team success as Nordic Storm and the Munich Ravens battle in the first EFA Championship Game for the first title in league history.
