Kenyatte Allen Jr. Named EFA Week 10 MVP
What a debut. After an unforgettable first appearance for the Raiders Tirol, Kenyatte Allen Jr. has been voted the European Football Alliance Most Valuable Player of Week 10. The American quarterback led Tirol to a stunning 61:41 road victory over Frankfurt Galaxy, delivering not only the franchise’s first win of the season but also one of the most impressive quarterback performances of the inaugural EFA campaign.
Allen looked completely comfortable from the opening snap. He completed 30 of his 31 pass attempts, finishing with an extraordinary 96.8 percent completion rate. He also threw for 408 passing yards, three touchdown passes, and added one rushing touchdown. The Raiders offense was nearly unstoppable throughout the afternoon, setting a new EFA season high with 61 points.
Allen Jr. Made Franchise History
What makes Allen’s performance even more remarkable is how quickly it came together. The quarterback was signed only days before the game after starter Steven Krajewski was placed on the Injured Reserve List following Week 9. Allen arrived in Innsbruck as the reigning 2025 German Bowl champion with the Potsdam Royals and immediately justified the Raiders’ decision. In his very first EFA game, he delivered a dream debut and earned the league’s highest individual weekly honor.
Allen also made franchise history with the award. He is the first Raiders Tirol player ever to be named EFA Most Valuable Player of the Week. He also becomes the fourth quarterback to receive the honor during the league’s inaugural season, continuing the trend of elite quarterback play defining the race for the MVP award.
Ravens Sweep the Remaining Weekly Honors
While Allen claimed the MVP award, the other two individual honors of Week 10 both went to the Munich Ravens, who remained undefeated with a convincing 48:12 road victory over the Prague Lions.
Johannes Zirngibl was selected as Defensive Player of the Week after dominating the line of scrimmage with five total tackles, three tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and one forced fumble. His relentless performance played a major role in limiting Prague’s offense throughout the game.
The Special Teams Player of the Week award went to teammate Bijon Harris. The dynamic defensive back produced one of the biggest highlights of the weekend with an 88 yard kickoff return touchdown. Harris also added 25 punt return yards, once again demonstrating why he is one of the league’s most dangerous special teams players.
