Frankfurt also strengthened its defense by signing linebacker Fabian Weitz. The former Buffalo Bulls standout, who played NCAA Division I college football at the University at Buffalo, was selected eighth overall in the CFL Draft and spent two seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, reaching the Grey Cup. His experience is expected to add leadership and stability to the Galaxy defense.

Quarterback Jadrian Clark once again showcased his outstanding form, throwing for 384 yards and five touchdowns. Wide receiver Brendan Beaulieu continued his historic season with 231 receiving yards and three touchdowns, extending his lead at the top of the league’s receiving statistics. Defensively, Nordic Storm allowed just 174 total yards and only ten first downs, once again demonstrating why it possesses one of the EFA’s most complete rosters.

At 7-1, Nordic Storm remains within striking distance of the undefeated Munich Ravens. With the two teams set to meet on the final weekend of the regular season, every victory could prove crucial in the battle for playoff positioning.

Although their situations differ, both franchises have plenty at stake. Frankfurt currently occupies third place with a 3-5 record but continues to feel pressure from both the Paris Musketeers and Prague Lions in the race for the final two playoff spots. Every win could ultimately determine who advances to the BIG4.
